I know. I lied.

It's been 5 days since my last post that i'll be starting the Dukan Diet.
I know, I lied. Lol! Been eating more than ever!
So I decided to google more diet plans and stumbled upon this 3 day diet plan that I am not sure if I can. Booo. Starving myself isn't funny. But after I looked up for my BMI (Body Mass Index), Holy Crap! I am a freaking OBESE!!!!

Height: 5 feet, 2.5 inches
Weight: 170 pounds
Your BMI is 30.6, indicating your weight is in the Obese category for adults of your height.For your height, a normal weight range would be from 103 to 138 pounds.
I'll be starting this 3 day diet later!

hi i used the three day diet last year and it worked for me i am again starting it today so will keep you informed.
