We woke up 6:00am to prepare for our trip today as we are going to Antique. Particularly in Kayak Inn to experience Kawa Hot Tub and Tibiao Fish Spa.

So from Ong bun pension house, sumakay kami ng jeep going to Ceres Terminal which is near Molo Church. It was 7:00am and hindi pa napupuno yung bus, yung van naman is wala pa kahit isang passenger. grrr. So we decided na kung sino mauuna aalis, dun kami sasakay. So nauna umalis  yung bus.It was a 6.h hour bus ride. Nakakaloka. Ang haba ng biyahe. Php177 each for the ticket. By the way, non aircon bus ito with 2 stop overs.

We alight at Brgy. Importante where kuya from Kayak Inn waited for us. Since lunch time na nun around 1:30PM na, with his habal habal hinatid niya kami sa nearest kainan which is VBOTS Restaurant.

At Vbots Restaurant (more likely Carenderia)

Going to Kaya Inn, we need to ride mga 20-30minutes sa habal habal tapos rough road pa siya. Bumpy ride talaga.
Finally!

The place was so beautiful, very provincial. Sarap tumambay but we need not to waste more time. Initially our plan was to stay at Kayak Inn for overnight but i want to go to Pandan beach so there.

Read: Kayak Inn, Tibiao Antique

Pagdating ni kuya driver which is brother ni ate caretaker, we hiked papunta sa Bugtong Bato Falls. Oh well, ang tagal. For someone lazy like me, magpapaiwan na sana ako kasi pagod na ko.

When we arrived, we have the whole place to ourselves. Water was sooo cold and medyo malalim na sa malayo.

After mga 30minutes we went back na. Kuya said, meron pa daw ibang falls pero aakyat pa. No freakin way i am going up there.

Pagdating namin sa Kayak Inn, our Kawa was ready na, medyo mainit init na para hindi na daw mahirap painitin.Yes, first time namin to try the Kawa Hot Tub!!

More of Kayak Inn Kawa Hot Tub Here.

Around 4pm, umalis na kami sa Kayak Inn kasi we also want to try Tibiao Fish Spa. Nandun na kami so why not squeeze all itinerary na para isang puntahan nalang diba?

Tibiao Fish Spa

Medyo malayo din from Kayak Inn so sakto lang yung alis namin kasi we need to make sure na hindi kami maiiwan ng bus papuntang Pandan!

They told us na new location na nila dito. They need to move out daw kasi sa old place nila.

I never thought na may level pala ang fish spa. May 1, 2 and 3. Small fish. Medium fish and Gigantic Fish.

Note: Make sure on every trip, you have OFF Lotion. As you can see ang dami kong kagat ng lamok lalo na pag uwi ko ng Manila, until now andami pa ding peklat.

See how huge ang mga fishda?!
You can also lie down for a more relaxing experience.

See ang ganda ng view diba!

We finished around 5PM, sakto padating daw ang Bus ng 5PM. To our dismay walang bus na dumadaan. We waited for like 1 hour bago dumating yung bus na pa Kalibo since that bus will pass by Pandan Antique.

We arrived at Pandan Antique around 8:00PM na ng gabi.

Continuation: Pandan Beach Resort, Antique.

I'll be including our half of our expenses in Panda Beach Resort here.

Total Expenses from Day 4 Antique-Kayak Inn-Tibao Fish Spa and Panda Beach itinerary.

Total expenses for the day amounts to: Php3295

PS: All photos were taken from my iphone. No edits. No filters. As is yan for you guys to see the real view or whatever of the place. What you see is what you get ika nga!

Calea Cakes, Pastries and Coffee Bacolod

Calea Pastries and Coffee Bacolod is probably the famous coffee and cake shop in Bacolod. You will definitely keep on coming back for more. Swear!!

They have extensive collection of cakes na mag drool ka talaga!

See.

They also serve sandwiches, hot and cold espresso drinks too.

We ordered the chocolate cake and their white chocolate cheese cake, their best seller, iced cafe mocha and ice cafe latte.

Total damage: Php430.

Don't ever miss this cake house!

Ong Bun Pension House Bacolod

Ong Bun Pension House Bacolod is one of the cheapest accomodation in Bacolod. (yes paulit ulit ang Bacolod). They really have cheap rates. Anyway, if you are willing to stay sa maingay na lugar and maraming tao, then ipush ang pag stay sa Ong Bun Pension House.

Location and contact number:

Luzuriaga Street, Bacolod, City
Phone: (034) 7098128
Mobile: (+63) 9104335061

Review:

I will never ever stay again at Ong Bun Pension House Bacolod. Why? Ambaho. As in super baho. From linens to bed. Im not exaggerating. Nanunuot sa balat ang amoy. Kahit itanong niyo pa kay xave. lol. Hindi po ako naninira, i have no connections to other pension houses pero grabe talaga.

stinky bed

Oh well. Too late!

Cost of stay is Php530.

Spacious ang room. With cabinet. I can't say anything good talaga about the place except sa mabait yung receptionist nila. And, that's about it.

We arrived at Ceres Terminal Bacolod around 4:20am. My initial plan was to just wait somewhere Bacolod till morning then go straight to Silay. Sounds fun right? Haha. My concern is that, wala naman kaming reservation and ang unang naisip ko na cheapest accomodation is Ong Bun Pension House Bacolod.

The problem is napakahaba pala ng Luzuriaga. We paid 60 pesos which is fine kasi naiinis nga ako at ayoko nga mag check in. Sayang pa yung pera!

So after what happened sa Siquijor na naligaw kami, at nakarating ako ng presinto sa Dumaguete, here's what happened. After a minute may nagbubukas na door! Nakakaloka!!! Nagtatakbo talaga ko when i realized na 223 pala yung room namin. Nakakahiya talaga!!

After mag freshen up, nakatulog kami. We woke up 7am!!! My goodness talaga tanghali na!!!

From Ong Bun Pension House, sumakay kami ng Jeep going to BATA then alight North Terminal then ride another jeepney going to Silay.

Our first stop: El Ideal Bakery. (dito mismo kayo bababa)

El Ideal Bakery is the oldest bakery in Silay City. It was established in 1920. Famous for their guapple pies.

Meron din silang mga pasalubong. :)

We decided na dito na magbreakfast. Medyo pricey yung food nila with small servings. Nothing fancy, so so lang yung food nila. I should've ordered their guapple pie. Sayang. Next time.

It was a Monday and sarado ang Balay Negrense.

Balay Negrense

So more lakad na naman kami. Medyo nakakalito padin ang google maps.

Cinco De Noviembre

Nakakafrustrate, wala kaming mapuntahan or mapasukan. We were trying to look for Holifena Ancestral home pero hindi namin talaga makita. We ended up going to the church.

San Diego Parish Church

It was still early so we decided na mag ikot ikot pa to find Holifena Ancestral House baka we get lucky na open sila ng may magawa naman kami. And good thing, after few minutes, we found it at last!

Sir Mon was so accomodating. He informed us na pag Mondays daw at close daw talaga ang mga Museums. Inikot namin the entire house. And promise, mas maganda pa yung ancestral house compared to National Museum. We get to see original paintings and some sketches ni Dr. Jose Rizal when he was young. The house was really something.

Imagine seeing one of the world's smallest doll, smaller than a rice grain! It's priceless talaga.

We said our goodbyes to Sir Mon then we went back to the main road then sumakay kami ng Ceres Bus going to Bacolod. We alight sa North Terminal ulit then we rented a tricycle going to the Ruins. Also, tell the tryk driver na wait nalang niya kayo kasi madalang ang mga tryk na pumapasok dun.

The Ruins.

Good thing andun si Roger ang sikat na sikat na tour guide ng The Ruins. Sobrang nag enjoy kami sa tour niya. We also ordered the halo halo na may brown sugar ata yun.

After The Ruins, binaba ulit kami ni Kuya driver sa  North Terminal then nag jeep kami going sa Aida's Manukan. PS: May Aidas Manukan along the road, dun kami bumama, it turned out na sarado pa sila so sumakay ulit kami ng jeep then this time bumaba kami ng SM Bacolod. Then lakad lang going to Aida's Manukan.

Inasal chicken and liver and balun balunan. Yummy ang food sa Aida's Manukan. :)

So after eating, we rented a tryk going to the Port so we can buy tickets going to Iloilo. Pero hindi kami nakabili kasi too early pa daw. So we went back to OngBun Pension house to get our bags.

We ride a jeep again then bumaba kami sa may Calea Pastries and Coffee. We wouldn't want to miss this place of course!

Read: Calea Cakes Pastries and Coffee, Bacolod

The best cheesecake i tasted. ever. Walang sinabi ang Banapple sa cakes nila! So after magpataba ng magpataba, we went straight to Bredco Port to buy tickets na.

We waited for 30minutes bago dumating yung ferry. When i bought the tickets, ang sabi ko sa taas lang kami pero sabi ni ate cashier, are you sure? kasi daw sobrang alon. So fine, bumili ako ng tickets sa may aircon, it turned out na mas nakakasuka kung sa ilalim ka sasakay since ramdam na ramdam mo yung pag andar ng fastcraft. kalurkey!!

We arrived at Iloilo Terminal around 6PM. Good thing, pinatawagan ko sa OngBun Pension House Bacolod ang OngBun Pension House Iloilo and finally i was able to book a fan room.

Iloilo Port

So, sa sobrang pagtitipid ko, i lied.

After mag freshen up, we went outside na to go to La Paz Market para sa La Paz Batchoy.

Story:
So hindi nagtapos sa Bacolod ang, i wouldn't say kamalasan, pero since ang hobby namin ay mag lakad ng maglakad, at sa dami ng tinanungan namin on where can we ride mga jeep going to La Paz market, may tinanungan kami na barker sabi niya malayo daw ang sakayan ng La Paz, sumakay nalang daw kami sa tryk niya at ihahatid niya kami sa sakayan. We paid 40 pesos. Ohmergerd talaga.

We ate at Netong's Batchuyan kasi type ko talaga ang lasa ng batchoy nila and maraming sangkap. First time ko nakakain sa Netongs ng nag Iloilo Day tour kami before.

Since malapit lang naman ang Gaisano Mall sa La Paz market, we decided to buy supplies na for tomorrow's activity. :) We slept early para makagising ng maaga since medyo malayo pa ang lalakbayin namin. :)

Total Expenses from Day 3 Bacolod-Silay-Talisay Tour plus Iloilo overnight

Total expenses for the day amounts to: Php3721 +_430 (calea cakes)= 4151

PS: All photos were taken from my iphone. No edits. No filters. As is yan for you guys to see the real view or whatever of the place. What you see is what you get ika nga!
